PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy was last updated on September 4, 2019.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Redwood Wellness, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company” or “us” or “we” or “our”) collects, stores and uses personal information of users of this Company website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile application or mobile website related or connected thereto (“Site”), and the services supplied by or on behalf of us through this Site (“Services”). By purchasing our products (“Products”) from us, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by the following Privacy Policy.  By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information, as described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Services.

The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, and you should regularly check this Privacy Policy for any amendments.  The date that we last updated the Privacy Policy can be found above.

 

PRIVACY OF CHILDREN

Our Services are not intended for children.  Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to use our Services, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.  If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under age 18, we will promptly delete any personal information in that user’s account. Free Standard Shipping for Confections

Orders with confections must be shipped to an address where they can be brought inside immediately and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. For all orders over $300, a signature is required for delivery. Please be sure to use an address where someone will be available during the day to accept shipment. Please see Shipping Policy for all details.
